Bell's endeavor involved capturing all 2,549 outdoor basketball courts across the region. His resulting collection, titled "SHOOTING HOOPS," not only highlights the physical structures but also offers a distinctive portrayal of Hong Kong's urban fabric and the communal areas within it.
